Persistent dryness.
Texture that resists correction.
Sensitivity without a pattern.

These are rarely
surface concerns.

They reflect patterns
beneath the surface.

Our protocols are designed
to read both —
and respond at the source.

Most treatments address
what's visible.

We begin with what isn't.

Patterns beneath the surface.
What the body adapts to —
and what it resists.

Precision isn't a feature.
It's where we start.

Tech neck isn't just a funny term. It's what happens when your head, which weighs around 5kg spends hours tilted forward at a screen.

The Social Media Detox Massage was designed specifically for this. We work into the neck, shoulders, upper back, and head using specialised therapeutic techniques to release the tension that screens leave behind.

You'll leave with less pain, better posture, and a nervous system that's finally had a break.
