Lately I’ve noticed so many people blaming themselves…
For not being productive enough. For feeling emotionally exhausted. For overthinking. For struggling to focus. For suddenly feeling anxious, disconnected or stuck.
But what if you are not failing?
What if your nervous system is simply reacting to uncertainty, fear and stress?
We are living in times where many people feel emotionally unsafe, even if life on the outside still “looks normal.”
