Key Requirements
-->Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in the medical equipment industry
-->Strong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment and medical devices
-->Hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair
-->Ability to provide effective customer support and technical training
-->Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
-->Valid Driving License is Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
-->Install, maintain, and service medical equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure optimal equipment performance
-->Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and equipment inspections
-->Support sales initiatives through product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application support
-->Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinical staff
-->Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
-->Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support
