I want to keep things real here.

These are the kinds of messages tha fill my inbox. I know, that eventually everyone gets to the other side of this horrible fertility journey, but it’s not fair, and it can be SO cruel to so many!

This client has tried for over 5 years to conceive. Multiple IVF rounds and natural conception failures. She wasn’t a believer in inner work to start with but now, she is so deep in the work that she inspires me daily. She works so hard, she has healed so much and she is SO connected to her little soul. She even says it- which often we are too scared to say those words.

We keep going here. We never give ups. Her child will come.
But for now, I honour her broken, tired and angry heart.

I’ll hold your hand until your baby is in your arms! 💙🩷✨

And may the cruel fertility journey end for her soon 💔

This is a beautiful story and one I’m writing to help me remember it always. This client worked with me when trying to conceive her second child. As a child she had lost her mom and she told me that she often saw sunflowers 🌻 pop up in her life, which she felt were signs from her late mom. Signs of support, love and guidance.

She conceived her second child and then came back to work with me as she wasn’t sure if she wanted a third child. She was worried about the strain it would have on her marriage- things were a little rocky and she already had 2 small boys.

My advice to anyone wondering about a second or a third child is- open the doors, for a period of time and see what happens. So she did, and almost unexpected this little soul arrived.

She (and even I) see sunflowers everywhere and we both truly feel that it’s her mom, with her hand in this pregnancy. Supporting and guiding her to this third child.

There is something ‘non-physical’ in this fertility world. And may this post be a reminder to you to see your signs. Souls/spirits connect with their parents- even before they arrive.

This mom has worked so hard and done so much inner work and her little light has finally come down.

When moms get their 1st BHCG blood test back, they often panic at the BHCG level being low…

REMEMBER THIS: We only have BHCG in our blood if conception has happened!

The key here is that the number doubled or triples every second day!

This family live in the UAE which means I get to meet this little one in a few months!!! (bonus)✨✨✨💙🩷

I’ve been working hard on creating this offer and it’s NOT another self-improvement workshop. My goal with this workshop is to help you understand yourself a little better.

Surely with insight into why we are like we are, we might find life a little easier, perhaps hold a little less guilt and perhaps know why we feel, act and behave the way we do (specially under stress).

There is a fine line between knowing a lot about health and that knowledge becoming a massive backpack that you have to carry all day, everyday.

Let’s spend more time trying to understand ourselves rather, why we react the way we do, how we manifest stress, how we feel in survival vs stress.

Surely that’s more helpful than another dietary hack?

The aim to is have B-HCG double every second/third day.

I always tell my ladies that blood tests can ease anxiety- no issues with doing a test to help you get through the first few weeks. Especially after a long journey to your baby.

A urine test picks up the hormone beta-HCG. And this morning only exists in the body if conception has taken place.

Now we want BHCG to double every second day and we monitor with blood tests (for peace of mind if anything else).
