When news broke that Dr Mouhsen became the first surgeon globally to receive SRC accreditation as a Master Surgeon in Surgical Proctology, everyone championed his success! 🏆
His answer to getting this incredible achievement? Work hard, effort, planning, and passion.
Since joining King’s in 2019 as a specialist, Dr Mouhsen has worked his way up to Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon, building a reputation as someone approachable, dependable, and endlessly hard-working. Colleagues speak warmly of him as an ally and a leader.
He describes his journey as one that grew side by side with the hospital itself, from expanding his own practice to championing the idea for a recognised Centre of Excellence. He turned ambition into reality, with a team that believed in him and backed him!
What’s next? Robotic surgery 🦾 and Dr Mouhsen is already leading the way by using the latest technology to deliver safer, better care for patients.
