A client was referred to me recently with bridges that had somehow survived 15 years of passive eruption, multiple patchwork repairs, and a lot of wear.
Implants were the obvious first thought, but the available space made surgery a massive headache. After looking at all the angles, I decided to redesign the bridges instead. Whatever route you go, the aesthetics and function have to be spot on.
We turned this around in three weeks. That meant actively developing the pontic sites, dialing in a couple of rounds of temporaries to shape the tissue, and finishing up with cantilever bridges that completely restored her smile.
If you have a missing tooth, a poorly looking bridge or you're conscious about your smile...we are one phone call away from fixing it!
