Why your child might not be getting better. 🛑 That expiry date on the box changes the second you add water.

Most mixed antibiotics only last 7–10 days! Stop saving them “just in case” and always write the mixing date on the bottle. ⏳

Flexible shoes for early walkers get a ten out of ten! While going barefoot indoors is preferred, flexible shoes are the way to go when taking those first steps outside. These shoes support healthy development and give little feet the freedom they need. Don't compromise on comfort and flexibility! 👟✅

Dehydration is the one thing that actually makes a child's fever worse. When your child has a fever, they are often too sleepy or tired to drink enough water. This, combined with sweating and faster breathing, causes them to dry out quicker, making the fever spike even higher. Make sure you are prioritizing fluids over just treating the fever. 💧🤒

The right medicine given the wrong way can still make your child worse. 🚨

Most medication mistakes don’t happen at the pharmacy, they happen at home.

Azithromycin needs an empty stomach. Augmentin needs food. Brufen needs food and water. And those concentrated drops? Giving the same 5mL you gave from the syrup bottle is a completely different dose — and a real overdose risk.

Timing. Dose. Method. All three matter.

Before the next dose, ask yourself: am I giving this correctly?
If you’re not sure.. call your pediatrician or pharmacist before you give it.

Giving your baby a lemon reaction video is actually very harmful to their teeth. Lemons are highly acidic, and that acid attacks and weakens the enamel protecting their teeth. Once that enamel is gone, it will never grow back, causing permanent damage. 🍋💔

Baby carriers and refrigerated teething rings get high marks, but beware of nasal aspirates and screen time. Overusing nasal aspirates is considered very harmful (0/10), and letting your child use an iPad during meals can lead to dependence (0/10). Stop overusing sanitizers! Overdoing it strips your skin’s normal good bacteria and can cause irritated hands and more sickness. Use regular soap and water when needed, and only use sanitizers when you’re out. Remember: clean is the goal, but sterile is not. 🧼✨
