Cat–Cow 🐈‍⬛🐄
A simple movement with big developmental benefits! Cat–cow encourages postural control, bilateral coordination, and movement isolation while giving the child opportunities to practice head, spine, shoulder, and pelvic control.

Progressing from cat–cow → weight shifting → reaching → contralateral movements → crawling can support motor planning, gross-motor development, and the proximal stability needed for refined fine-motor skills.

✨ Speech Therapy in Action! ✨

Every activity is an opportunity to build communication skills. 🗣️🌱

In today’s session, we focused on strengthening receptive language skills by identifying numbers, counting accurately, and using pointing to demonstrate understanding and engagement. These foundational skills support a child’s ability to follow directions, process information, and respond meaningfully during everyday interactions. 🔢✨

Alongside this, we worked on expressive language development and speech clarity at the word level, encouraging clearer articulation, confident communication, and purposeful use of words.

Through structured activities, repetition, and play-based learning, we continue to support each child’s journey toward stronger communication and greater independence. 💛
