Pick Me Pads was born out of necessity to find a moment of calm for busy hands during the day, to introduce an alternative to screen time and as a distraction for moments of anxiety or stress.

How to Use
Bend, twist, squeeze and stretch your Pick Me Pad to loosen the beads. Then pick, pop, and dig out the hidden charms and gems one by one for the ultimate sensory satisfaction.

Pop your beads on the loop provided to reuse them as a finger fidget and add it to your bag, keyring or backpack.

Fidgeting: the small movements and repetitive motions some brains do to self-regulate. Rocking, picking, tapping, twirling something in your hands.

It’s not a bad habit. It’s not something to grow out of. It’s how a lot of ADHD, autistic, and sensory-seeking brains actually feel calmer.

We built Pick Me Pads so that need has somewhere good to go: something to pick, pull, and press instead of skin, nails, or hair.
