Week 3 ✅

Still outside my comfort zone 🫩

Am I enjoying every part of it? Not really!
Do I feel comfortable? Also no.

But growth doesn’t always feel exciting. Sometimes it just feels... unfamiliar.

This time, I made one promise to myself: “keep it simple and keep it realistic”.

❌ No chasing perfection.
❌No all-or-nothing mindset. Just showing up, doing what I said I would do, and repeating it.

Because commitment isn’t about feeling motivated every day. It’s about staying true to the decision you made, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.

One step at a time 👣
