Owners hold a registered Armenian title deed to a specific suite. The suite is leased back to Valmont International S.A. — the operator handles management, maintenance, and guests. Income is paid quarterly. Owners receive preferential rates for personal stays.

On a clear morning, the view from Valmont reaches both ways across the Armenian highlands — Mount Ararat to the southwest, Mount Aragats to the northwest, and the Hrazdan gorge directly below.
