Today is the new case number 13 - 15.10.2017
The 43-year-old patient complained of pains in the lower abdomen. During the ultrasound examination, the left o***y, the uterus were normal size and structure. The right o***y was a multilocular cystic (like honeycombs), with a maximum dimension of 5.0 cm, with an acoustic shadow, with a vascularization of 3 points. Ascites - 1.0 l. CA 125 - 230.
The final histological diagnosis - low grade serous carcinoma of the right o***y FIGO stage IC2. G1, type I, pT1c2 pN0 (0/74) pMx, L0, V0
Больная 43 лет поступила с жалобами на боли внизу живота. При ультразвуковом обследовании левый яичник, матка нормальных размеров и структуры, в области правых придатков определяется многокамерное кистозное образование ( по типу пчелиных сот), с максимальным диаметром 5.0 см., с акустической тенью, с васкуляризацией 3 балла. Асцит - 1.0 л . СА 125 - 230.
Гистологический диагноз - высокодифференцированная серозная карцинома правого яичника (G1), стадия по FIGO IC2 , G1, type I, pT1c2 pN0 (0/74) pMx, L0, V0

35 years old. You can see the metastatic tumor from stomach, Krukenberg, which is solid, and have a leading vessel, which is very specific for metastatic tumors. The ovarian metastasis from stomach, breast and lymphoma are solid.
35 лет. Метастатическая опухоль яичника из желудка, опухоль Крукенберга. Для метастатических опухолей характерно наличие ведущего сосуда в опухоли. Метастазы в яичники из желудка, молочной железы и лимфомы в основном солидные.

Case number 11
Pregnancy is 16 weeks. No congenital fetal malformations. During our ultrasound examination, we revealed an unilocular -solid mass in the right o***y. The diagnosis is an endometrioid ovarian cyst with decidualization ( completely benign lesion). A solid tissue on the inner surface of the endometrioid cyst will disappear after delivery.
Беременность 16 недель. Нет пороков развития плода. При ультразвуковом исследовании нами выявлено кистозно - солидное образование правого яичника. Диагноз - эндометриоидная киста яичника с децидуализацией, связанная с беременностью ( полностью доброкачественная) Солидная ткань на внутренней поверхности эндометриоидной кисты, исчезнет после родоразрешения.
