Desde hace 20 años que viajamos a India todos los años, excepto los últimos 2 que no habíamos podido ir. Es como volver a casa. Esa hermosa sensación de alegría, relax, descanso, salud. Slow down, cool down. Cuando el mundo está turbulento, cuado hay desafíos, lo más valioso que podemos tener es paz interior.

“Bow down to the grand time”
If your time is right, even enemies behave like friends, and if time is not on your side, then even good friends turn their back on you. It all depends on your own time and karmas. Hence, don’t try to choose good friends. From your side, you be friendly with all. Friends are not made by selection, you keep your friendliness and treat everyone as your friend from your side. If someone doesn’t consider you as their friend then that is their problem, not yours. Friendliness is like the fragrance of a flower. Flowers doesn’t spread it’s fragrance selectively. Flowers spreads it’s fragrance for all and everyone. If someone’s nose is blocked, then they can’t experience that fragrance. In the same way, naturally you be friendly with all you will come to know.

I fund that every opportunity to be grateful is really precious. There is so much, so many things to be grateful for. I feel incredibly fortunate, some times I even wonder how come I got so much luck and blessings in this lifetime.
I’m thankful for my family, my friends and my spiritual Sangha, grateful for all the experiences I have to go trough but particularly, I feel deep gratitude for my Gurudev, for all the Love, wisdom and fun HE always shared with everyone around. The teachings, the vibrations and love will always be something beyond my intellect.
I also feel incredibly grateful for my wife Patricia. We just celebrated 20 years of marriage. Pranams to your holy soul my beloved wife. Thank you for everything.

Hay tres reglas para meditar:
1. Ahora no quiero nada. Meditar es algo sin esfuerzo, no es para lograr nada ni llegar a ningún estado.
2. Ahora no hago nada. Todos los planes, los deseos, los proyectos, déjalos pasar. Meditar es el arte de no hacer nada.
3. Ahora no soy nada. Deja de lado los juicios, las ideas y pre conceptos que tengas sobre ti mismo. Muchas veces nuestras etiquetas nos impiden meditar.

Vamos a la escuela, aprendemos oficios y carreras, necesitamos el consejo de un médico, de un arquitecto o de un carpintero. Pero pocas personas se dan cuenta de lo maravilloso que es tener alguien que está constantemente dando amor, elevando y enseñando a los demás sobre la dicha, la devoción y la naturaleza del Ser.
