I came across this lovely definition on what loving yourself looks like. All too often we fall into the trap of thinking… if only I was thinner, shorter, taller, had a different eye colour or looked like so and so. Social media can influence some of those unrealistic expectations. This is a reminder that you can influence positivity through social media. You are always enough, believe in yourself and love the shape of you!

I’m soooo guilty of spending time just scrolling, scrolling looking for….. who knows what? then wondering where the time went 🤔This was a good reminder about the important things in life and being present to benefit from them. I challenge all to put the phone down and get involved in doing something you enjoy. I’m off to walk on the beach! What are you going to do with that phone free time? 😎
