2 years ago I had just recovered from a knee injury that took me out for three months I decided to train for my first couch to half marathon (not a runner previously) that 14 week blocked healed me in more ways than one, I love continuously pushing myself beyond my limits before breaking point, scary to say 2 years ago I ran my first 5km, 21km and now I am in a block to become an ultra runner (operation 55km underway) I love the push the pain and seeing how far I can go beyond my limits and push through pain and also everything I learn about myself during the process (stay tuned)
