A common misconception I see is the expectation of everything to resolve after a single naturopathic appointment or one 'magic supplement'.

Your body didn’t reach this point overnight and it won’t heal overnight either.

The first consult is about understanding you: your history, your symptoms, your patterns. From there, we build a plan and adjust it as your body responds.

Healing is a process.
Progress isn’t always linear.
And needing more than one visit doesn’t mean it’s “not working”.

It means your body is being supported properly for long term health.
