What a beautiful weekend we shared at our Middleton Coastal Retreat.
Together we slowed down, immersed ourselves in creativity, connected with nature, shared meaningful conversations and enjoyed plenty of laughter, and gave ourselves permission to simply be.
From beach walks, yoga, meditation, essential oils and weaving to art therapy, reflection and new friendships, it was a reminder of how restorative it can be to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with ourselves.
