Always one of my favourite weekends of the year-

The Source Disability Expo buzzes with excitement and energy, new ideas and products and AMAZING people!!

To counterbalance this bustle, there are also quiet, darkened chill-out zones and activity spaces when you need them also!!

NOTE: Reminder to bring you headphones or earmuffs- if you forget, we have you covered!

We were so delighted to meet Janelle Booker at the ADHDWA Conference!

Hot off the press Janelle dropped off her (and award-winning co-author Mathew Johnestone's) new book 'ADHD- - A Delightful Human Difference.'

I love this book as it follows the lifespan of Kipi from Childhood to (adulthood) diagnosis and beyond.

It follows her journey of understanding herself, making sense of her past and discovering herself in a whole new light.

Such a great book for recently diagnosed ADHD women (and their families). Highly recommend it!!
