"What exactly do you do?"
It is one of the most common questions I get, and it deserves a real answer.
Let’s start with what I don't do:
I do not replace your oncologist.
I do not work separately from your medical team.
I am not against conventional treatment.
I do not make decisions for my patients.
Here is what I actually do:
I see the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I see you, someone with a family, responsibilities, hopes, and fears.
I work right alongside your oncologist and healthcare team to help you navigate the physical and emotional challenges that come with breast cancer. That means working to enhance your treatment outcomes, managing side effects like fatigue, nausea, and brain fog, and supporting your gut health and nutrition.
Integrative oncology means you don't have to choose between conventional medicine and supportive care. You get both.
If you or someone you love is navigating breast cancer and wants to know if naturopathic support is right for them, let's connect.
