When we know what to expect, our brains don't have to work as hard to prepare for the unknown. Predictable routines create a sense of safety, allowing us to focus, regulate our emotions, and navigate the day with greater confidence.

For many people, especially those living with psychosocial disabilities or sensory sensitivities, small routines can make a meaningful difference. Whether it's following a familiar morning routine, knowing what's planned for the day, or being in a calming environment, predictability can support emotional well-being.

Join us for a 3-day, 2-night NDIS Short-Term Accommodation (STA) / Respite experience designed for adults who enjoy community outings, making new friends, and taking a well-deserved break.

📅 Dates: Wednesday – Friday, 15–17 July
