Time passes so quickly; I have already returned to Thailand from Russia. My month-long summer stay with family and friends was incredibly pleasant. Life looks a bit different now—here in Thailand, we use bicycles for transport, whereas in Russia, we spent our evenings walking along the beautiful rivers and boulevards. I deeply enjoyed the simple pleasures there, like eating fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, berries, stone fruits, and local cheese. After many years living in Australia, it was an extra bonus that I was able to reconnect with my former schoolmates for the first time since graduation.
