I’ve come to recognise my writing is just the beginning of the things I wish to share. The energy and wisdom that I am continually remembering. A remembrance that is highlighted through my senses.

This feeling of being on a high could be defined as the pure reflection this stranger had for you.

Something within their energy field was mirroring a love and sparkle within you.

My Alchemy has been this frequency mirror and so much more. Three women today have connected and shared their heartfelt experiences with my alchemy essences. Essences that are asking for homecomings within themselves (their cells).

Like a stranger I’m not here to collect big notes on myself or even prove myself or my alchemy, rather I wish to share just the pureness of energy and the way it can be harnessed and reflected as light. Source light that lives inside of each of us.

I’ve recently been creating essences in my honey bee temple medicine room. They are essences that aren’t just found in an outer experience, they are found within me. My followers aren’t numbers, they are the building of a community who are alike in finding themselves.

What many are yet to realise is how these findings share ripples of love with the people you love. The moments you see them, witness them and love them as you’ve loved and found yourself.

My family are this to me. My greatest evolutionary findings in this lifetimes because our connection continues to deepen through the parts of myself I integrate and choose to reconcile with.

If we truly knew this is the meaning of being kind to ourselves; the practice of self love. To be willing to meet the depths of ourselves and call her home.

Its not the absence of being clean or having a hot shower. It’s integration time. The space to be held by the waters frequency and allow my body to rest after receiving pure energy from the land.

The Earth’s energy doesn’t require room for interpretation, the trees aren’t asking us to do this or be that. They actually asks us to decondition from the need to be anything or anywhere else but in the moment:
