Mother’s Day has a way of touching the tender parts of your heart… sometimes in ways you don’t expect. If you’ve been feeling a quiet pull toward someone you love in spirit, you’re not imagining it. To my beautiful clients, those I’ve connected with and those I’m yet to meet, I’m thinking of you today. This day isn’t always simple. It can hold love, grief, gratitude, longing sometimes all at once. However it shows up for you, it’s okay.

Every reading reminds me just how strong that bond of love truly is. Our loved ones don’t disappear , they draw close in the moments that matter, in the memories, in the feelings, and in the subtle ways they reach for us. There is such comfort in knowing that connection continues, even beyond what we can see.

If Mother’s Day has been on your mind a little more than usual lately, you’re not alone. I’ve really been feeling it in my recent readings… so many mums in spirit stepping forward, almost like they know this time of year can feel a bit heavier.

What’s been coming through so clearly lately is how much they still want to be part of your everyday life. It’s not always big, obvious signs, it’s the quiet moments. Thinking of her out of nowhere, catching yourself talking to her, or that sense of comfort that just seems to drop in when you need it most. Those little things… they matter more than you might think.

This Mother’s Day, just keep it simple. Talk to her in your own way, like you always have. Share your thoughts, your day, even the small things. From what I see in sessions, they’re so aware of us, still part of our lives in ways we don’t always notice straight away. That bond you share is still there, steady and unbroken.

Many of you who have sat with me for a reading, especially those beautiful moments where we’ve connected with your beloved pets in spirit, will know just how deeply I feel those bonds. They are never “just animals”… they are family, through and through. Not so long ago, I experienced the loss of my own dog, and like many of you, I felt that quiet space they leave behind, the missing presence, the routines, the unconditional love that doesn’t quite have a place to land.

With time, love, and a very open heart, I’ve gently welcomed a new little soul into my life… and I’d love you to meet him.His name is Buddy.

Already, he has brought a softness, a lightness, and a sense of companionship that feels both new and comfortingly familiar. It’s a reminder that love doesn’t replace what was lost, it simply continues, expanding in the most unexpected and beautiful ways. For anyone who is grieving a beloved pet, please know their love never leaves you. Sometimes, when the time is right, that love finds its way back in again. Welcome to the family, Buddy 🐾

In the readings leading up to Easter, I’ve noticed something really consistent coming through from Spirit.

They keep bringing in a sense of calm, almost like they’re gently stepping closer, wanting to be felt in a quieter, more subtle way.

As I connect in, I’m reminded that love doesn’t end, it just changes form.

Your loved ones are still so aware of you. Still close in the quiet moments. Still sending you those gentle feelings of comfort when you need it most.

If today feels peaceful, that’s them. If you find yourself smiling at a memory, that’s them too. You’re not walking this life alone, you’re always supported in ways you may not even realise. 🤍

Some of the most meaningful signs from Spirit aren’t the ones that bring tears, they’re the ones that catch us off guard and make us smile. One thing I’m constantly reminded of in my work is that our loved ones don’t lose their personalities. If they were playful, cheeky, or full of humour in life, that energy often comes through just as clearly from Spirit. Sometimes it’s a song that plays at the most unexpected moment. Other times it’s an inside joke, a repeated symbol, or a sign so perfectly timed it feels impossible to ignore. These moments can be light, funny, and unmistakably them.

Spirit doesn’t always come through with seriousness. Often, these little moments are their way of softening the heaviness of grief, reminding us of the joy, the love, and the connection that still exists beyond the physical.It’s their gentle way of saying, “I’m still here,” and “You’re not alone.”
