Imagine running the entire loop around Mount blanc on almost no carbs Emilie Mann did it and still finished 19th. In 25hours 🤯

Today I got to speak to Emilie Mann. She is a professional trail athlete in Canada with Merrel.

Just recently put up an amazing result at this years UTMB. But with an even more amazing story about HOW she did it.

We talk about Emilies upbringing in the mountains and how that drove her towards the trails as well as how shes currently navigating being a professional athlete.

We spend a good chunk of the convo reflecting on HOW she was able to bring herself all the way around the mont blanc Massif in such and incredible time on such little fuel.

From this conversation you’ll learn very quickly that Em is all Heart... ❤️ and in more ways then one!

Caveat* We are not saying success is from not eating any carbs “we love carbs” but Ems story tells us there’s so much more to performance than just fuel intake 🙏
