Made Red Velvet Cake. This was extremely sweet, if your going to make it on cookidoo do whipped cream between the layers. Cookidoo recipe is cream cheese with loads of icing sugar. As for the Cake topping I was thinking of maybe a chilli chocolate or something. Anyone with any suggestions?

I wouldn't cook anything like this in the past. Cakes, sweets of any sort didn't enter my thoughts. Having a thermomix is a game changer.

Thank you to everyone for supporting me. Dealing with health issues is certainly time consuming. I have managed to make some very hearty warming meals. Chiang Mai Noodles very warming except I cut down the Thai Red Curry paste to 2 tbls and used 120g baby spinich instead of Pak Choy. Give it a go on cookidoo.
