Joy Home Care is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Female Support Workers to join our growing, dynamic team. We are committed to providing person-centered care that supports each individual’s unique needs and promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.
About the Role
We are looking for passionate support workers with proven experience in the disability and mental health sectors. This role involves assisting clients with daily living, community access, and transportation — including pets — while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach at all times.
Location: Carrum Downs Vic
Day/Durations: Active Nights
Job Type: Casual position
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in the disability sector,
• Experience with BOC is a must.
• Experience supporting participants with mental health.
• A positive, reliable, and client-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• A commitment to high-quality, person-centered support
Requirements
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Childrens Check
• National Police Check
• Comfortable working with and transporting pets
