SOUND~HEALING 💫& BREATHWORK 💫

Two very powerful healing modalities yet some of the weirdest things to experience!

Everyone reacts very differently to both sound and breath.
Recently I had a small group of 4 experiencing sound healing for the first time.
The group of 4 sisters all had a completely different reactions. One lady giggled throughout, one cried, one lady sat extremely still and the other moved around adjusting positions every couple of minutes.

It was awesome to witness the healing process have deep emotions arising from one lady’s past, the lady that was giggling completely tapped into her inner child and the other two had more of a visceral response and felt their bodies releasing energy. The lady that remained completely still said she felt like her arms and legs were set in thick mud, whilst the lady wiggling around said she had pain in her back, hands and feet.
All four ladies really loved the experience and felt fresh a few hours later.

It still blows my mind every session how extremely powerful weird and wonderful breathing techniques can be for clients.
