After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to close Mystic Fern.

Life has changed a lot over the past little while, and I’ve come to realise that I no longer have the time, energy or capacity to keep pouring into this space in the way it deserves.

Mystic Fern has been such a beautiful chapter, and I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported it along the way.

With the space closing, I now have quite a lot available for sale, including:

• Crystal Singing bowl set
• Medicine drum
• Coffee tables
• Chairs
• Tables
• Stools
• Coffee machine
• Large round meditation cushion
• Yoga mats x20
• Blankets
• Cushions

And more.

After a bit of a hiatus, I’m gently easing back in and opening up one day a week for AromaTouch massage appointments.

From next Tuesday, I’ll have 4 spots available every Tuesday between 9:30am and 2pm.

AromaTouch is a beautiful 45-minute treatment using eight essential oils, designed to help you feel calm, grounded and refreshed.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted on here 🤍

I’ve been on a bit of a healing hiatus, taking the time I needed to rest, reset and come back to myself.

I’ve always believed that if my own energy isn’t where it needs to be, I can’t properly hold space for others. So I listened, I paused, and I gave myself permission to step back for a little while.

Now I’m feeling ready to gently ease back in.

This afternoons women’s retreat was intimate in the most beautiful way… We laughed, we chatted, we cried, and we softened.
We shared snacks, stories, and pieces of ourselves we don’t always let the world see.

The Descent wasn’t about becoming more, it was about gently peeling things back. Letting go of the noise, the pressure, the expectations, and coming home to who you are underneath it all.
