The meaning of transformation in science is to change form, and you are doing exactly that. You are changing form, it may not always be physical, but it most certainly will be internal and the person you were before has changed form, is changing form in this ever evolving world. Don’t be afraid.

The journey and evolution has been a humbling experience.

The greatest gift to humanity is recognising your own light and sharing it with the world, giving others permission to switch on their own light and set their wheels in motion of their own souls purpose.

The wind is gliding me to another destination, another sacred task and with complete surrender I allow the next chapter of my evolution to unfold.

Grateful for the journey - excited for the next big leap.

Taking a sacred pause 🙏🏻

For the past few years, Kinesiology and Intuitive Healing have been such a beautiful part of my journey, holding space, witnessing transformation, and guiding others home to their truth. Now, a new chapter is calling me inward.

For a little while, I’ll be stepping back from 1:1 sessions to honour a sacred task that I must fulfil. This isn’t goodbye, I’ll be returning to sessions when the time is right, with fresh energy and deeper wisdom to share.

Sometimes, you have to break your own rules - especially when it comes to defending what is sacred.

Being in a relationship with Graham has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Yet, it’s also brought challenges I never imagined…

From scammers pretending to be him and manipulating innocent people into believing they’re in a relationship with “Graham,” to being harassed for being the so-called “other woman.”

From strangers calling me a devil worshiper because I’m a healer, to people obsessed with a fictional character who believe they can dictate who he should love in real life.

It’s wild how easily people forget that I’m human too — that I feel, that I bleed, that I hurt just like anyone else.

These moments remind me that love, truth, and sacred connection are worth defending.

Even if it means breaking my own rules with ignoring and not engaging with this behaviour.

Because when something is sacred like love, truth, peace and authenticity it deserves to be protected.
