You don't need more time to stretch.
You just need to use the time you already have.
I had a client today tell me he doesn't have time.
I hear this constantly. And I call BS every single time.
Waiting for the microwave? Do a stretch.
Kettle boiling? Do a stretch.
Watching the kids in the bath? Do. A. Stretch. 😄
It doesn't require a 30 minute session on the floor in a perfectly curated space set up exactly for the purpose.
It requires thirty seconds and a decision to use the moment you're already in.
Here's the clinical reason this works — your body takes on positive information from even a brief stretch.
The tissue responds.
The nervous system notices.
And once it gets a taste of release it starts asking for more.
Repetition leads to habit.
And habits don't start with a perfect setup. They start with one moment you actually used.
