✨Doing all the right things but not pregnant yet?
Fertility success is rarely about one body alone. For many women, fertility health is a responsibility they carry often on their own. Tracking cycles. Adjusting food. Adding supplements. Running tests. Trying again.
👉And yet, we know that male factors contribute to around 40–50% of infertility.
Sometimes the partner contributing the s***m hasn’t been fully investigated or has been told everything is “normal” after very limited testing. Sometimes, they haven’t been investigated at all.
This matters, because fertility isn’t shaped by one body alone.
S***m health, egg health, hormones, nutrient status, inflammation, stress, thyroid function, metabolic health, gut health, immune health, detox capacity, environmental factors and lifestyle all influence conception and pregnancy outcomes, for both contributors.
If you’re in a couple, preconception care, and understanding what else needs to be considered and optimised for both partners can be a game changer.
As a naturopath specialising in fertility and hormonal health, I take a whole picture approach. Looking beyond surface level results to understand what’s really going on for you, and where support may be missing.
🌟My role is to take the guesswork out, personalise your care, and help you build strong fertility foundations so you can move toward bringing home a healthy baby with more clarity and confidence.
