I’m bringing something new to Care Expo Brisbane this week 💜

I’ve been quietly developing **Sound CARE Support™** through Sacred Sounds Australia — exploring how intentional sound can become another gentle, choice-led wellbeing resource for the people receiving care **and the people providing it**.

CARE has been created with clients, carers, support workers, families, educators and organisations in mind, with resources for areas including aged care, disability support, mental health, palliative care, hospital care, childcare and youth support.

At the heart of it is something very simple:

💜 Sound for the Client
💜 Support for the Carer
💜 Resources for the Organisation

It’s complementary, person-centred and built around **choice, consent, dignity and individual response**.

If you’re heading to **Care Expo Brisbane, 11–12 September**, come and say hello at **Stand P100** and have a sneak peek at what I’ve been creating.

CARE Soundscapes™ can be explored for personal listening, supported experiences, carer wellbeing and organisational programs — always with “choice, consent, dignity and individual response at the centre.”

And this is only the beginning….

💜 Father’s Day — Honour • Remember • Connect

Father’s Day can hold many different emotions.

For some, it is a day of celebration.
For others, it is a day of remembering someone who is deeply missed.

This Father’s Day, Sacred Sounds Australia is sharing a gentle soundscape as a gift for anyone remembering a father, grandfather, partner, father figure or someone special who is no longer beside them.

🦋 Take a few quiet minutes to pause.
Honour the life they lived.
Remember the moments you shared.
Connect with the love that remains.

And sometimes, grief carries words that were never spoken.

Things we wish we had said.
Thank you.
I’m sorry.
I love you.
I miss you.
Or simply… goodbye.

For those moments, I am also sharing Words Unspoken — a gentle space to acknowledge whatever still lives within your heart, without needing to fix or resolve anything.
