Join Sonja Sonja Mapleston and Naomi for a seasonal immersion created to invite deep rest and renewal during the heart of winter.
There is nothing to achieve, this is a safe space to soften.
Together, we'll slow down through gentle mindfulness and immersive sound. This is an afternoon that nourishes the nervous system and encourages you to reconnect with yourself.
You will be gently guided into a restorative sound meditation using Alchemy crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments to support regulation and deep rest.
Includes nourishing refreshments and a thoughtfully curated gift.
