Eating for fertility can be so confusing, and I hope this post helps you! β¨ SAVE it to reference later πΎ
Some keys points:
π₯© The carnivore diet is a great fast-track to constipation and low gut microbe diversity (not a good thing!)
π₯¦ Plant-based diet has merit, but can be limiting in key fertility nutrients (namely Iron, Zinc, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12).
π₯ Low Carb/Low GI can be good if you have insulin resistance or PMOS/PCOS.
π₯ Anti-inflammatory style diet is similar to the Medd diet but more restrictive, and may cut gluten or dairy, which is completely unnecessary unless medically indicated or you are intolerant.
π« The Mediterranean diet is the overall-winner!π₯
With the science to back it up. πͺ
