Flying out tomorrow. The plan fits in one sentence: protein where I can find it, the best pick off every menu, and walking. Simples.

If holidays keep unravelling your progress, send me a message before you book your next one.

I have this conversation ten times a month. Sometimes the same client twice. 😉

DM me if you want someone in your corner when the scale starts messing with you.

You can't eat intuitively without the knowledge. You get the knowledge from tracking. The app was always meant to come off.

DM me if you want a coach who'll teach you how.

One video clip fixed weeks of shoulder pain.
Leslie had no idea her shoulder was flicking up every single rep. I showed her the footage. Two weeks later, gone.

Film yourself training. You’ll be surprised what you find.

You don’t need a health scare to justify wanting to change & you don’t need to be a certain size. You certainly don’t need anyone’s permission.

“I just want to feel better” is enough. “I want to like what I see” is enough. “I’m sick of thinking about this” is enough.
Hell “I want to look good” is completely OK too.

You don’t have to justify wanting this. You just have to start.

DM me “ready” when you are. Free discovery call: link in bio.

They call me G-Ma. Pronounced jee-ma 🐣đŸ’Ș rolls of the tongue easier than “gram-muscles”

Mother’s Day weekend was spent camping with some of the family. Somewhere between the campfire and the camp chairs, it hit me that in a couple of months I’ll officially be someone’s grandmother.

My priorities are shifting.

I’m not training to look a certain way anymore. I’m training to be fit AF for this next chapter. To get down on the floor and back up again without thinking about it. To carry the baby, chase the toddler, play hopscotch, and say yes to the camping trips for the next 30+years.

I think this is what midlife strength is actually for.

If you’re in the same season- kids growing up, body changing, priorities rearranging - and you’re ready to train for the life you actually wanna live, you know where to find me.

You know when you get all super-motivated about getting healthy and you strategise some kind of amazing plan that you start in Monday
.and then it only works out until about Wednesday
.
The reason is because you planned a perfect week. And it’s your perfect week that is holding you back.

Because it goes like this: one amazing week, then three weeks of nothing because you couldn’t keep that pace up. Then guilt. Then “starting fresh Monday.”

Three OK weeks in a row will get you further than that cycle ever will. Consistency doesn’t have to look impressive, but It does have to keep showing up.

If you’re ready to ditch the all-or-nothing approach, book a free discovery call. Link in bio.

Three GPs. Three scripts for weight loss injections. Zero referrals to a nutritionist.
That's what Kristie was offered when she asked her doctors for help last year.

She was the heaviest she'd been outside of her pregnancies. Her blood pressure was high enough to need medication. Three different GPs, three different appointments, and every single one handed her the same thing... a jab.

Now look. The shots work for plenty of people and I'm not here to bash them. But Kristie knew herself. She didn't want a quick fix. She didn't want to cut food groups. She didn't want to be on a medication forever just to maintain a result.

She wanted to actually learn this stuff. Properly. Once. So she could run her own body for the rest of her life without needing a script to do it.

So she said no thanks, and she came to me instead.
12 months on, here's where Kristie is:
→ 35kg gone
→ Blood pressure back to normal
→ Off the medication
→ Strongest she's felt in 20 years
→ Surprising herself every single day with what her body can do

Here's the thing nobody tells you when you're standing at the start of this thing feeling overwhelmed: it's not actually that complicated. It's just math, science, and consistency. Eat enough protein. Don't fear carbs. Lift heavy things. Build the habits. Show up on the days you really don't feel like it (especially those days).

That's it. That's the whole secret.

What Kristie did is available to every single woman reading this. You don't need a magic shake, a juice detox, or a needle in your stomach. You need a plan that fits your actual life, and someone in your corner who actually knows what they're doing and won't let you quit on yourself.

If you've been told the jab is your only option and something in your gut is saying nope, not for me — I'd love to have a chat.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a yarn about what's been going on for you and whether I can help.

Massive love to the incredible Kristie for letting me share her story. So bloody proud of you đŸ€
