Three GPs. Three scripts for weight loss injections. Zero referrals to a nutritionist.
That's what Kristie was offered when she asked her doctors for help last year.
She was the heaviest she'd been outside of her pregnancies. Her blood pressure was high enough to need medication. Three different GPs, three different appointments, and every single one handed her the same thing... a jab.
Now look. The shots work for plenty of people and I'm not here to bash them. But Kristie knew herself. She didn't want a quick fix. She didn't want to cut food groups. She didn't want to be on a medication forever just to maintain a result.
She wanted to actually learn this stuff. Properly. Once. So she could run her own body for the rest of her life without needing a script to do it.
So she said no thanks, and she came to me instead.
12 months on, here's where Kristie is:
â 35kg gone
â Blood pressure back to normal
â Off the medication
â Strongest she's felt in 20 years
â Surprising herself every single day with what her body can do
Here's the thing nobody tells you when you're standing at the start of this thing feeling overwhelmed: it's not actually that complicated. It's just math, science, and consistency. Eat enough protein. Don't fear carbs. Lift heavy things. Build the habits. Show up on the days you really don't feel like it (especially those days).
That's it. That's the whole secret.
What Kristie did is available to every single woman reading this. You don't need a magic shake, a juice detox, or a needle in your stomach. You need a plan that fits your actual life, and someone in your corner who actually knows what they're doing and won't let you quit on yourself.
If you've been told the jab is your only option and something in your gut is saying nope, not for me â I'd love to have a chat.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a yarn about what's been going on for you and whether I can help.
Massive love to the incredible Kristie for letting me share her story. So bloody proud of you đ€
