Zelia Zelia was built by someone who's lived it. No tool existed that truly understood what it's

After a cardiac arrest, our founder came home with a handful of medications, a follow-up appointment weeks away, and very little support for everything in between.

Something I didn't expect when building Zelia β€” how much mental load managing medications actually takes.

Not just remembering to take them. It's tracking refills, knowing what interacts with what, remembering what you told your doctor last time, and trying to spot patterns in how you're feeling.

We built Zelia to quietly carry that load. Not to replace your doctor or pharmacist β€” just to make sure nothing slips through the cracks between appointments.

If you or someone you love manages a health condition daily, I'd love to hear what the hardest part is for you. πŸ‘‡

Living with a heart condition means a lot to keep track of. Zelia quietly takes care of the hard part. πŸ’™

Thanks to Apple HealthKit, your Apple Watch data β€” including AFib episodes and irregular rhythm β€” flows straight into Zelia. No manual logging needed.

And every Saturday morning, right after your medication reminder, you get a gentle weekly summary: how your heart looked, how active you were, how well you kept up with your meds. A calm, clear picture of your week β€” delivered at exactly the right moment.

And while we started with heart health in mind, Zelia works beautifully for any condition β€” diabetes, chronic illness, or anything that comes with a daily medication routine.

Because looking after your health shouldn't feel like a second job.

Zelia β€” coming soon to the App Store. πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

I want to ask you something directly.

Do you know someone managing a complex health condition? A cardiac patient. Someone with diabetes. A family member on 6 different medications who struggles to keep track of it all.
Zelia was built for them.

We're almost live on the App Store β€” and the one thing we can't buy is word of mouth from people who genuinely care about getting this into the right hands.

If this resonates, share this post. Tag someone in the comments. Forward it to a friend who works in healthcare. Better yet, do both.

We're not a big company. We're two people who lived this experience and built something we wished existed.

The best marketing we have is you. πŸ™

Launching Zelia on the App Store is around the corner.
Months of building. Weeks of testing. Countless "what if we also..." conversations between me and Elizabeth at the kitchen table.

And now we're here.
What started as a personal frustration β€” managing my own medications after a cardiac arrest and thinking "there has to be a better way" β€” is about to be in the hands of real patients.
People managing complex conditions. Long medication lists. Multiple specialists. The mental load that nobody really talks about.

If you've followed this journey: thank you. The comments, the messages, the encouragement from people sharing their own experiences have meant everything.

The launch announcement is coming very soon.
Follow along if you haven't already β€” and if you know someone who could genuinely benefit from a health companion like Zelia, I'd be grateful if you shared this.

Zelia is almost ready to launch β€” and we want to make sure it reaches the people who need it most.

If you know someone who:
βœ… Manages multiple medications every day
βœ… Sees more than one specialist
βœ… Has ever had a scary "what does this interact with?" moment
βœ… Cares for someone navigating a chronic condition
…please share this page.

We're not a big company with a big marketing budget. We're two people who lived this, built something to help, and now want to get it into as many hands as possible.

Every share matters. Every person who follows this page gets notified the moment Zelia is live.

When Roel had his cardiac arrest, I became a carer overnight.

Nobody teaches you how to do that. Nobody hands you a manual for the medications, the follow-up appointments, the questions you forget to ask because the appointment is only 15 minutes and you're still processing everything.

I watched him manage it β€” the lists, the interactions, the "should I be worried about this?" moments at 11pm β€” and I thought: there has to be a better way.

That's why I'm so proud of Zelia. Not just because it's a great app. But because it's the companion I wish we'd had from the very beginning.

If you know someone managing a complex condition β€” heart, diabetes, autoimmune, anything that comes with a long medication list β€” please share this page with them.

We're almost ready to launch, and we want to reach every person who could benefit.

Quick question for our community β€”
When you're managing a chronic condition or multiple medications, what's the hardest part of the day-to-day?

Is it keeping track of what you're taking and when? Understanding side effects? Preparing for appointments? Something else entirely?

We built Zelia around the answers to questions like this β€” and we'd love to hear yours. Every response genuinely helps us make the app better.

Drop your answer in the comments. πŸ‘‡

We're almost there. πŸ™Œ

The last few weeks of testing have been intense β€” and honestly, really exciting. We're down to the final few items before Zelia is ready to go live on the App Store.

What's given me the most confidence isn't the features or the design. It's the moments during testing where someone says "wait β€” it just caught that?"

Whether that's a food interaction they hadn't heard about, a medication refill creeping up, or something worth mentioning at their next specialist appointment.

That's the whole point.

We built Zelia for people who are juggling a lot β€” multiple medications, specialist appointments, complicated health conditions β€” and who deserve a companion that helps them stay on top of it all.

We're nearly ready. And we can't wait to get it into the hands of people who need it. πŸ’™

I had a medication change this week after a specialist appointment.

New medication means new questions. What are the side effects? Are there foods I need to avoid? How does it interact with everything else I'm already taking?

I used Zelia to work through it β€” and had clear answers within a few minutes. No anxiety spiral. No falling down a Google rabbit hole at 11pm.

It was a strange feeling, honestly. Building something for months and then genuinely needing it in the same week.
Testing is going really well. A small group of people are now putting it through its paces before we launch. Getting close. πŸ’™
