• The Two Men With Lots of Luggage •
[Pre warning, she’s a long one, so grab a snack or something while you read it hehehehehe]
Last month, I met 2 men at the train station in Brisbane. They both had lots of luggage. I looked at them and thought, hmmmmm they look important and they also look a little lost.
Earlier that morning, on my train ride up to the city, I'd been reading one of my favourite books called ‘The Universe has your back.’ I love this book, Ive read it at least 6 times and I learn something new every time.
“The Universe is our classroom, and when we accept our role as the happy learner, life gets really groovy.”
I had a 20 minute wait for my next train because id JUST missed the one I was trying to get, so I sat down and pulled my book back out.
I was thinking about how strange it was that I was in Brisbane despite all my plans. It was a last minute decision. My sister had planned to come to my house, and we were going to go on a mission because I felt called to find some cards, and she had a few things to do too. But, instead I decided to meet up with her in the city.
Then, I met David and Boyd from Livingston Montana in the USA. The two men with lots of luggage.
I asked if they were okay, because they both kind of looked a little unsure. They asked if they were at the right platform to get to Indooroopilly. I told them "yeah, this is the one, we just missed a train but it’s fine. I’m heading there too so just jump on the same train as me, and ill let you guys no when we are getting off."
They thanked me and took a seat.
Now, normally, id go straight back to reading my book. BUT, something in me told me to have a conversation with them. So I asked where they were from.
They told me about their home and I literally felt like I was flying over top of the mountains and nation parks near their town. Then of course I asked what brought them to Australia.
David told me they had been here for 10 days, hosting seminars in a couple of different cities in Australia. They had been to Perth, Melbourne the Gold Coast and had one more seminar in Brisbane before they head back to the USA.
My mind instantly thought ‘oh yup, it must be for some business and they must be here to teach others about it and maybe find investors.’ Despite my mind jumping to all these conclusions, we all kept chatting away.
About 5 minutes later, after talking about where we all came from, I asked David “ So the seminars your hosting, tell me about it, what’s it all about?”
He went on to say “Boyd and I are from The hearts centre. Boyd is the Director of Operations, and I am the Co Founder.”
At this point he had my full attention and I said “hmm, the hearts centre aye? This must be why I felt compelled to help the two of you and start a conversation.”
It was one of those AHA moments. A strong reminder of the words I had just read in my book earlier;
“The universe will always conspire to lead you toward solutions of the highest good when you open up to receive them. When we choose the Universe as our teacher, we can see with the eyes of love.”
They told me that within the hearts centre community, they realise personal enlightenment through the higher self and share the ascended masters’ teachings and love-wisdom throughout the Earth. They said it wasn’t necessarily a religious thing, it was more of a spiritual community.
My kinda people.
I was quite mind blown, I was looking for 1 of 2 decks of oracle cards.
I couldn’t find anyone that sold one of the decks, but I found a book store nearby with the other deck easily, so I decided id go find that one.
The deck I decided to get another time is called “The keepers of the light” on the back of the box it says “ The keepers of the light are a powerful congregation of enlightened souls who are dedicated to the peace, healing and nurturing of the world, drawing together 45 Ascended masters, spiritual deities and higher beings.” (Yeah in the end, a week later, these cards found me and the easy ones I had set out to find suddenly all sold out)
I mean …. what are the chances!
I asked if I could attend their seminar the next day to learn more about what they do.
Tione and I went together and it was really cool. I enjoyed the conversations and learnt a lot.
Sharing this random experience with you is to remind us all to be open. To be present. To be curious, to listen to our intuition and the Universe when it is guiding us + to respond with action to the Universes’ loving guidance.
"You are always being guided. Even when it does'nt feel like it.”
Learning through the teacher of love has been a huge part of my self care, self love and i guess you could say journey of self expression.
Heres a Universal lesson for ya “To be free, we must acknowledge our resistance”
Ive learnt, our fear and our habits often hold us back and shut out the beautiful opportunities and experiences the universe sends our way. Sometimes we need to put the book or the phone down.
Sometimes we need to say ‘yes’ more often instead of saying ’ no', (especially if you judge it before knowing anything about it)
It is in these moments we are able to witness the beauty that surrounds us, it is here we open ourselves up to learning the language of the Universe.
If you feel called to go somewhere, go there.
If you feel called to say something, say it.
If you feel called to ask a couple of strangers if they are okay, do it, because like the book I was reading said; “Your presence is your power.”
Next time, I’ll have to tell you about my happy/laughing Buddha, and the lesson he taught me, or perhaps the interesting conversation Boyd and I had about Intuitive downloads. What it is, what it feels like, and birthing those 'downloads' in to reality.
So for now;
Have a beautiful and wonderful weekend everyone!
Do you + Be true.
With Love,
Ayla.
