ge the course of my life that I found my true purpose and started to witness the signs that were guiding me in the right direction. I left my corporate career and started my blog, The Altruistic Traveller, where I spent the next seven years travelling the world, connecting with local communities, promoting sustainability and finding ways we can bring more compassion and connection back into our lives. And as we all know, seasons change. I then went on an even deeper journey of self discovery after experiecncing many spiritual awakenings ~ the good, the challenging and the ugly-crying ones. I went into the shadow parts of my psyche through the use of meditation, plant medicines and energy healing, to uncover where in my life I was still not living my truth. This led me to shed more layers, learn what it means to really live in alignment, and tap into the ancient wisdom of the feminine ~ that is, to flow like the unconfined waters of a river. I learned great things on this journey, and also tapped into my abilities as an energy healer, mystic and mentor, something that has been calling to me long, long ago. Now, my offering to the world is to help people heal; to stand by their side as they remember who they are, beneath it all, so they - and the world - can truly be free. This September, a small group of women will gather with me on the sacred island of Gozo, Malta, for four nights of pilgrimage, ceremony, sisterhood and remembrance.

We’ll walk amongst the ancient stones of Ġgantija, pilgrimage to the Church of Miracles, swim in the Mediterranean Sea, eat beautiful locally sourced Maltese food, gather around the table and sit together in women’s circle.

There will be Sacred Feminine Kundalini Activation, womb regression, sound within an ancient cave, ritual, rest, laughter, long conversations and space to unwind.

I am woman, mystic, creation portal. I see in the darkness and guide towards the light.

Did you know Malta has ancient temples that tell the story of the goddess?

And that women have travelled there for thousands of years for healing, prayer and reverence for the Divine Mother?

This is the basis of my work as a researcher and writer, and why I am inviting you to these islands to explore the her-story of the goddess.

The dates will be September 13 ~ 17 2026. We will be a small group of 8 women, experiencing sound healing in an ancient cave, receiving water purification in the sea, visiting the church of miracles and soaking up the sun on the quiet island of Gozo.

Malta has played an important role in my story.

Not only as a sanctuary.

But as a beacon, guiding me to a hidden truth I had long sensed, but forgotten.

For years, I have immersed myself in archaeological, historical and mythical teachings from the ancient world.

Look deeper enough, and you'll find the knowledge they didn't want you to find.

Now I share this with you. Both through written word and the language of the unseen.

I am taking a small group of women on pilgrimage to remember her-story both within and around them.

Can you imagine yourself here? 🌊

Imagine beginning the morning with the Mediterranean sun rising over limestone cliffs.

Walking through temples that have stood for more than 5,000 years, where generations of women once gathered in ceremony.

Stepping into an ancient cave as sacred sound fills the space around you, inviting you to slow down, breathe, and receive.

Watching the sun dance across the water as we gather for a water purification ritual.

Standing in the chapel of Ta' Pinu, the Church of Miracles, lighting a candle for yourself, someone you love, and saying a prayer you've been carrying for a long time.

Sharing beautiful meals, heartfelt conversations and moments of laughter with women who, just a few days earlier, were strangers.

And returning home feeling more deeply connected to life.

This pilgrimage has been created with spaciousness in mind. There is no rushing from place to place. There will be time to wander, swim, journal, rest, and be.

For years, I have immersed myself in books, teachings and wisdom from the sacred feminine mysteries.

What started as research for a novel I was writing, became a enthralling journey of remembrance of a long story that has been intentionally hidden from us.

Now, I pass that story on.
