Every participant's situation is different. Your goals, challenges, family circumstances and support needs are all unique to you.

Some people tell me they feel like they're being pushed through a system rather than genuinely supported and that makes me sad. Support Coordination should never feel rushed.

It should feel like a partnership where your voice matters and your goals come first.
