Hi ladies. As a qualified fitness instructor, PT for many years, turning my passion into a purpose has been one of my life’s greatest achievements, helping ladies get fit and trim whilst having lots of fun. Classes are run weekly, held at the Wynnum Community Centre. All ladies work at their own pace, and I always show easier options of the more advanced exercises. Had a small exercise class last night so decided to do a circuit class. They did 5 rounds of the entire circuit and I think everyone was a little exhaused afterwards 😉. Proud of all of you 🥰
