Neo Nurture Infant Feeding and Parent Welbeing

13/07/2026

When people ask what Neo Nurture does, my answer is simple…
It isn't just about breastfeeding.
It isn't just about bottle feeding.
It isn't just about newborns.
At its heart, Neo Nurture is about supporting families through one of the biggest transitions of their lives.
Because becoming a parent changes everything.
It can be beautiful.
It can be overwhelming.
It can be joyful.
It can also feel lonely.
My role isn't to tell families what their journey should look like.
My role is to walk beside them as they discover what works best for their family.
✨ Supporting mothers to feel seen, heard and genuinely supported.
✨ Helping partners feel confident, involved and connected.
✨ Providing evidence-based guidance without judgement.
✨ Creating a safe space where questions are always welcome.
✨ Helping families build confidence in their own unique parenting journey.
As a Registered Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and mum myself, I know that every family's story is different.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to feeding, parenting or postpartum recovery.
There is only your journey.
And you don't have to navigate it alone.
🤍 Because every family deserves compassionate support.
🤍 Because every mother deserves to feel held.
🤍 Because every parent deserves a village.
Welcome to Neo Nurture.

Meet Estee 🤍

Hello! I’m Estee, the founder of Neo Nurture.

I’m a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I work as a neonatal intensive care nurse at one of Brisbane’s tertiary hospitals and also provide private in-home infant feeding and parent wellbeing support.

Neo Nurture has been a dream of mine for nearly 7 years and was born from a deep love for supporting mothers and families during one of the most vulnerable and life-changing times in their lives.

My passion for infant feeding started while working as a dental assistant in a Brisbane clinic specialising in oral restrictions. Around that time I fell pregnant with my eldest son, who arrived prematurely and spent some time in the NICU. Through that experience I knew this was the path I needed to follow.

Three months later I started my nursing degree, graduated with two little boys in tow, and later completed my IBCLC certification in 2025.

As a single mum of two, I understand firsthand the pressure, guilt, and overwhelm that can come with early motherhood and juggling the mental load. I’ve also experienced my own feeding challenges, difficult pregnancies and births, and postnatal depression.

Because of this, supporting families goes far beyond feeding for me.
My greatest passion is helping mums feel confident, supported and empowered to trust their own instincts.

Your feeding journey should feel right for you and your baby 🤍
