Bali, looking back.

Somewhere in the middle of that trip, in a cave none of them expected to fall in love with.

Not the sessions. Not the villa. That ended up being the moment that stuck.

There was a local guide, a lot of laughing, and nine nurses who were, for once, fully present.

Not watching the clock. Not thinking about the roster. Just there.

That's what The Hive Escape gave them.

Not just a schedule of activities, a moment nobody planned for and nobody's forgotten since.

A group of women who had spent years pouring into everyone else finally doing something just for themselves.

Nobody was thinking about the roster that morning.
Nobody was checking the time.

That was the kind of rest most nurses never get.
Not five minutes in a corridor between patients, a full hour, for nothing and no one but themselves.

That's how she put it, walking away from the retreat.
Not a slogan. Not a script. Just what came out when she was asked how she felt.

This was what happened in the previous Hive Escape, Bali 2026.

Every morning started the same way.
Yoga, meditation, the villa still quiet before the day began.

Day one was gathering.
Ten nurses, one villa, strangers becoming something else.

Day two was Kanto Lampo.
Water, laughter, the kind of morning you don't plan for on a roster.

Day three moved through culture, then closed with fire.
A Balinese ceremony under the night sky, the whole group still and present.

Six days. Ten nurses. Bali.
