How is everyone faring with this seasonal change?

Are we all feeling the cold, or is it just me? 🥶
One thing I always notice this time of year is my skin becomes dry and scaly, no matter how much moisturiser I apply ~ this is a sign that my body is craving a deeper level of hydration and nourishment.
