I believe the female body is inherently wise.

So much of my work is about creating space for women to remember what their bodies have known all along.

In this presentation, I'll be sharing the wisdom of the nervous system, abdominal and pelvic health, and the natural rhythms that shape our lives as women. Together, we'll explore how cultivating a deeper relationship with the body can support healing, resilience, and a profound sense of coming home to ourselves.

Sometimes, birthwork completely blows me away.

To feel her pelvis soften and open beneath my hands .. to physically feel her body making room for her baby to descend.

I was in absolute awe.

And it wasn’t only something I felt beneath my hands. I felt it intensely, emotionally. That moment of witnessing a woman’s body doing exactly what it knows how to do.

The intelligence of the body will never stop amazing me.

What a privilege it is to be close enough to witness these moments. ✨

YOU CAN HELP!

This breastfeeding week, let's remember the value of having continuity of carer to support breastfeeding.

We know having a known midwife improves breastfeeding rates, yet this model is still out of reach for many women birthing in public systems.

And for those wanting to birth at home, it's about to get much harder, particularly in regional and rural areas where come Jan 2027, due to insurance requirements, 2 endorsed midwives will be needed at a HB. Currently, the 2nd attendant can be a midwife, paramedic or nurse with neonatal resus training.

Contacting your Federal MP, state Senator and asking them to make representation to Health Minister, Mark Butler and Assistant Minister, Rebecca White, to:
- extend the HB insurance exemption
- remove the 5000 hr requirement for endorsement and move to a competency based endorsement model
- sort out insurance for 2nds so hospital mids etc can continue as 2nd attendees.

Our parliamentary petition has finally been approved and we will share more soon.

Over thirteen moons, an intimate circle of women will gather each month to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a space of deep reflection, ceremony, connection, and remembering.

This is not a course.
It is not about becoming someone else.

It is an invitation to meet yourself more honestly, more gently, and more fully than perhaps you ever have before.

The Initiated Woman is a year-long, closed container for women who feel called to journey alongside the same circle through the changing seasons of life.

Together, we will gather for:
✨ Thirteen monthly in-person immersions
✨ Thirteen online integration circles
✨ An opening Threshold Ceremony
✨ A closing Rebirth Ceremony
✨ A two day Bush Retreat
✨ A private community held with care, integrity, and intention

Places are intentionally limited, and entry is by application to honour the depth of the work and the women who will walk this journey together.
