Synapse is a Mobile, Community Based, Physiotherapy Servicing the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay Region.

Originally breathed into life to Bridge the Gap between Hospital and Community Treatment for Stroke Survivors, we are now broadening our offerings to a wider NDIS Demographic after having special requests and word of mouth referrals outside of our original target market.
