One thing I find fascinating is how many physical and mental health challenges have a strong connection to chronic stress.
Yet when breathwork gets mentioned, it's often dismissed as something that's only for yogis, hippies, or people who like sitting cross-legged on a mountain 😅
The reality is much less exciting.
Breathwork is simply using one of the few systems in your body that you can consciously control to influence the ones you can't.
Your breathing patterns directly affect your nervous system, stress response, heart rate, energy levels, focus, sleep quality, and emotional regulation which in turn has a huge impact on your physical health.
That's why I teach it.
Not because it's trendy.
Not even because it's spiritual.
Because it's practical, accessible, backed by science, and something you can use anywhere when life inevitably gets lifey and you don't know how to get your health concerns under control.
