My second retreat is just three weeks away 😳🥹
Nourish 2 Flourish- designed to nourish mind, body, and soul.
When I ran my first retreat last year, it was the second-biggest goal I had set for myself in business —and I think it’s safe to say I absolutely nailed it 💁♀️
I had started planning the next one before the first had even finished, and four women signed up before they even knew what I had in mind because they loved what I had created the first time 🥹
My aim was to take women out of their everyday pressure cookers and place them somewhere peaceful.
No responsibilities.
No expectations.
No one needing anything from them.
A chance to be catered for, pampered and nurtured—but also gently invited to reflect, unpack, release and reconnect with who they are as a woman underneath all the hats.
Every part of the itinerary has been chosen with intention.
It isn’t simply a collection of nice activities to fill a weekend—it’s designed as a journey.
☀️ Day One: Arrive. Settle. Soften.
The first day is about slowing down, letting go of the outside world, settling nerves, and allowing everyone to settle into the space and meet their fellow guests.
💛 Day Two: Play. Release. Integrate.
Once everyone has had time to soften, we move deeper. We begin with connection and play before moving into our breakthrough breathwork session—creating space to release what has been carried for far too long. Then there is intentional downtime to rest, process and integrate.
🔥 Day Three: Strength. Confidence. Closure.
We finish by bringing everyone back into their strength and power. Up-regulating breathwork, a cold plunge and a final opportunity to recognise what they’ve moved through before returning home.
First, we soften.
Then, we unpack and release.
Finally, we leave lighter, stronger and brighter.
Watching that journey unfold during the first retreat was incredibly powerful.
I can’t explain the pride and honour I felt seeing each woman receive something she had been missing—sometimes for months, sometimes for years, and perhaps for most of her life.
They rested. They laughed. They cried. They connected. They challenged themselves. They allowed themselves to be looked after for once.
And I got to witness what can happen when women are given the time, safety and permission to finally put themselves first for a moment.
The retreat benefited me too.
It stretched me, strengthened me and showed me what I was capable of creating.
Seeing something I had carefully imagined and planned come to life—and watching what it gave those women—was one of the proudest experiences of my life and career!
Now, three weeks out from doing it all again, I’m excited, nervous and incredibly proud of what I’ve put together for this next group of women.
T.E.A time 💛
