Have you ever wanted to grow your own delicious mushrooms straight from your backyard?
Join Pierre & Rachael for a hands-on workshop in Stratheden (15 mins from Kyogle, 15 mins from Casino) where you'll learn how to inoculate logs and wood chips to grow culinary mushrooms such as Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms.
The best part? Once established, your mushroom logs can continue producing harvests for up to 3–6 years with minimal space and maintenance.
🌿 Suitable for small backyards, homesteads, hobby farms and larger properties
In this workshop you'll learn: 🍄 How to inoculate logs with mushroom spawn
🍄 How to establish outdoor mushroom systems
🍄 The best timber and conditions for success
