Save this if pregnancy is somewhere in your future đ¤
Preconception care starts long before you see those two lines. The months leading up to conception are an important window to support both egg and s***m health, address nutrient deficiencies and underlying health concerns, understand your cycle and ovulation, and create strong foundations for pregnancy.
Your everyday environment matters too. What you eat, how you move, your sleep and circadian health, stress, and the exposures you come into contact with regularly.
This is why I love working with couples before they start trying.
Preconception is an opportunity to understand where your health is now, address what needs attention, and intentionally prepare both bodies for conception and pregnancy.
Ideally, give yourselves around 3 months to prepare.
Comment 1:1 to work with me.
