To my inner child, little Sharon
You just wanted to be seen. You needed to be heard.
Safety wasn’t familiar to you.
Emotions were constantly high and low and unpredictable.
Trust in others was broken.
Every moment was fight or flight. Nowhere was safe.
You did your best though to honour your own worth and future.
You kept quiet about so many things when you needed to scream.
But I have you now.
You will be heard. You will be seen.
You will defend vehemently like a lioness protecting her soul and family.
You will reject others who break your sense of safety.
I will now hold your hand and walk you through each day.
I know you feel like no one had your back,
But I do.
Your start was chaotic, but I will now show you peace.
I am the adult version of you. And I will lead you to happiness and peace.
You are now safe. You are enough. You matter.

The AI frequency

I won’t lie. Even I have been tempted by ChatGPT. It’s a nice lazy way of communicating.

Every time we surrender our energy, communication and purpose over to AI we are disintegrating our authentic energy and soul frequency.

AI doesn’t have a frequency. It’s an algorithm and a computer. It does not understand connection. It does not contain emotion. It does not have a psychological basis for decision making or communicating.

It’s a reality I know. It’s here to stay. And I caution you to take advice from it. Remember it’s searching the Internet for information, and doesn’t consider the context or the fact that you are human with many physical and psychological factors.

Me personally, I will now be avoiding the use of AI for anything related to communicating with humans and in particular my beautiful clients.

You are a wonderful soul and human. You are not a computer. You deserve the space to be held for you. And any relationships you have, deserve respect.
