Thank you thank you thank you for everyone who joined us Sunday - we had a full house to celebrate Nick’s digital album Sky Journey, a culmination of all our work from the past few years collaborating with yoga meditation and sound.
It’s quite a feat to play create the music, play every instrument, record and produce then play the whole album live. Feedback has been wonderful and we hope you continue to enjoy your digital recording.
For those that weren’t able to attend the album will be available for purchase soon. 💕🙏🏼

Well this Sunday it’s happening! The launch of Sky Journey - a culmination of Nicks sound journeys and Rachel’s meditations - we are holding an immersive live experience at Trinity Beach Community Hall 4-5:30pm. The afternoon will include some relaxing movement, guided meditation and experience the album live with all the resonant instruments. Stay on after for chai and bliss balls.

Every booking receives a digital recording to keep and continue your practice at home. BYO mats, blankets, pillows, everything you need to be comfortable laying on the floor.

Last spaces are available for this Saturdays workshop- the yoga will be a slow deep release, the guided meditation will take you deeper into your energetic and mental layers and the live resonant instruments will settle the nervous system and soften the knots deep within.
